If you want to pick up where you left off, BUT you want preparation time again, simply press and hold the pause button for 2 seconds until Meditate enters preparation mode. FINE INCREMENT MODE You can set Meditation and Interval times in increments of 1 second using the fine increment mode. To do so press AND HOLD the meditation or interval key WHILE pressing the '+' or '-' key. Letting go of the meditation or interval key will return the increment back to 1 minute.
